Apprenticeship start: 1 August 2026 | Location: Kurort Jonsdorf

Ready to get motors and control systems moving? We are looking for motivated apprentices for the next training year who want to do more than understand technology – they want to shape it. With us, you will learn the trade from the ground up.

What you will learn:

• At the heart of trades and industry: learn how electrical machines and drive systems work, how to commission them and how to repair them.
• Precision: make windings and assemble mechanical and electrical components.
• Programming: learn to program and configure control and drive systems.
• Metalworking: learn drilling, milling, grinding and thread cutting – practical craftsmanship.
• Fault-finding: use a range of measuring instruments to identify faults and repair them professionally.
• Hands-on rather than watching: take part as small and large drives are dismantled, rewound and brought back to life.
• More than an office job: we work on substantial machinery. Oil, metal shavings and occasionally dirty hands are part of getting the job done. If you take pride in a finished workpiece, a little grease will not put you off.
